Ferry Information
     
This section encompasses a wide selection of Ferry Companies and includes an online booking facility for most of the European Ferry Services as well as links to some ferry services further afield. Remember that when taking your vehicle most companies charge not only by vehicle length but sometimes by height or place a limitation on the number of high vehicles they can carry. Many also levy a surcharge for certain sizes of vans which can be construed as commercial vehicles.
If a foot passenger do note that frequently a "through" ticket encompassing rail and ferry may well be cheaper than buying rail ticket and ferry ticket separately.
If travelling with your vehicle then do note that prices vary according to both the season and time of day as well as the length of the voyage. Obviously the more people you are carrying the cheaper cost per person.

P&O Ferries is one of the most well known and trusted ferry companies. Wherever you are travelling to, on holiday or on business, P&O Ferries offers a wide range of routes: Dover to Calais, Portsmouth to Bilbao, Hull to Rotterdam and Hull to Zeebrugge.
They also offer fantastic minicruises for customers travelling to Amsterdam, Bruges, Rotterdam or Bilbao. Prices are from £66 per person for travel on the Hull routes.
